Located opposite Old Trafford Metrolink Station, the Warwick Road South scheme comprises 80 one- and two-bedroom apartments arranged across three contemporary residential buildings. Designed by Corstorphine & Wright and operated by Southway Housing Trust, the development delivers a mix of affordable rent and shared ownership homes, helping address housing demand across Trafford and Greater Manchester.
