Scape Leeds
The UK's purpose-built student accommodation sector has undergone a remarkable transformation over the last decade, with design, wellbeing, and community becoming just as important as location. Few developments demonstrate this evolution better than Scape Leeds, an award-winning student accommodation building located in the heart of Leeds city centre.
Scape Leeds is located on Merrion Street in Leeds city centre and has become known for its distinctive architecture, extensive communal facilities, and central location close to both the University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett University. My photography captures the scale, design quality, and urban presence of one of Leeds' most recognisable student accommodation developments.
What is Scape Leeds?

Located at Jackson House on Merrion Street, the building offers a mix of accommodation types alongside extensive communal amenities including study areas, social spaces, rooftop terraces, fitness facilities, cinema rooms, and resident lounges. Its city-centre location places students within walking distance of major universities, retail districts, restaurants, and cultural destinations.
